Refund and Return Policy

At Prozix LLC (“Prozix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we take pride in the quality of our 3D printing, scanning, and design services. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please review the policy below for our approach to refunds, reprints, and returns.


1. All Sales Are Final

  • Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once production has started.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
  • If production has not started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Quality Concerns & Reprints

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved file, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • We may request photos and the return of the item for assessment.
  • If deemed a valid issue, we will offer a reprint or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., slight layer lines, color variance, or surface texture)
  • Issues due to file errors, incorrect scale, or unsupported geometry
  • Misuse, modification, or mishandling by the customer after delivery

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Any claims regarding delivery must be made within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
