2. Information Collection & Use We collect personal details (name, email, company) and project data (CAD files, photos, specifications) necessary to provide quotes and manufacture parts. We use this data strictly for business operations, customer communication, and fulfilling your orders.
3. Data Security & Limitation of Liability We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your intellectual property and personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or digital storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, Prozix LLC cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for data breaches, unauthorized access, or loss of files beyond our reasonable control.
4. Data Retention (Not a Storage Service) Prozix LLC is a manufacturing facility, not a data storage service. We retain your submitted project files only for as long as necessary to quote, manufacture, or fulfill your order. We reserve the right to permanently delete your CAD files and project data from our servers at our discretion after a project is completed or a quote expires. Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of all submitted files.
5. Non-Disclosure & Unsolicited Ideas We treat your submitted files as confidential for the purpose of quoting and manufacturing. However, the mere act of uploading a file to our portal does not constitute a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or create a fiduciary duty. If your project requires strict legal confidentiality, a formal NDA must be signed by both parties prior to file submission.
6. Information Sharing We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, secure cloud hosting) required to operate our business, or if legally compelled to do so by law enforcement.
